A well-balanced mixture out of short- and longer-chain homologues carbohydrates for a rapid recharge of the glycogen-memory. A selected protein-mixture for a acceleration of the muscle-regeneration (trisource protein). With the addition of amino-acid L-Glutamin - important for the proteinsynthese and the immune system. A high vitamin- and mineral-concentration, to compensate for losses and to stable the immune system.
usage:
preparation: 1 portion = mix 55 g (3 heaped spoons) into 200 ml low-fat milk or water
recommended intake: 1 portion per day after the training
