usage:
1 portion directly after the training
1 Portion = mix 30g (approx. 3 heaped measuring spoon) into 300ml water (caloric value 162kJ/389kcal per 100ml prepared drink and 486kJ/114kcal per portion prepared drink) or liquidity for your choice.
recommended intake: 3 portions during the day, f.e. after the training or 2 hours before. Keep in a cool, dry place.
